General Tournament Rules

Registration & Eligibility

All participants must be 18 years or older on the day of the tournament
Valid government-issued photo ID required for registration
Registration closes 48 hours before tournament start time
No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of tournament date
Participants must have appropriate skill level for the tournament category

Equipment & Attire

All equipment must meet USGA standards
Proper golf attire required - no jeans, t-shirts, or athletic shorts
Soft spikes only on all courses
Personal golf carts permitted with valid driver's license
Range finders and GPS devices allowed

Tournament Format

Stroke play format unless otherwise specified
USGA Rules of Golf apply with local course rules
Maximum score per hole: Double par
Ties will be broken by scorecard playoff (back 9, back 6, back 3, back 1)
Weather delays will be handled by tournament officials

Code of Conduct

Respect for fellow players, officials, and course staff required
No alcohol consumption during tournament play
No smoking on the course except in designated areas
Maintain pace of play - keep up with the group ahead
Unsportsmanlike conduct may result in disqualification

Championship Events

Handicap verification required (max 12 for men, 16 for women)
Professional caddies available for additional fee
Practice rounds available day before tournament
Awards ceremony immediately following play

Charity Events

All skill levels welcome
Scramble format for team events
Mulligans available for purchase
Silent auction and raffle items available

Corporate Events

Team format with corporate branding opportunities
Networking lunch included in registration
Corporate hospitality tents available
Professional photography included
